Our Story

With over 25 years of deep-rooted experience across Africa’s insurance landscape, we began our journey as Turnkey Africa in 1997, building some of the continent’s first end-to-end insurance solutions. From launching TurnQuest Medical and Non-Life systems, to pioneering cloud-based insurance platforms and digital distribution networks, our technology has supported over 60 insurers across 10 African countries. Today, as Caava Group, we bring together a powerful ecosystem of products — Caava Evolve, Caava AI, Agencify, and the enduring legacy of TurnQuest, to empower insurers with intelligent automation, scalable solutions, and modern user experiences.
